Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers Youth Survey
The School’s Out! Program will be administering an optional, non-academic survey to current 3rd -6th grade afterschool participants during our afterschool homework club between April 3, 2023 and June 15, 2023. The survey is part of the required annual evaluation through the federal Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant.
